At Bees Events 2 Remember, we strive to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for our clients. We understand that event planning and equipment rentals involve careful consideration and planning, and we want to ensure that our refund policy is clear, fair, and easy to understand. Please take a moment to review our policy below.
Event Planning Refund Policy:
- Initial Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin planning services. This deposit is typically 30% of the total event cost and is due at the time of booking.
- The deposit secures your event in our calendar and allows us to begin working on your event details.
- Cancellation by Client:
- If you cancel your event more than 30 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- If you cancel your event less than 30 days before the event date, no refund will be issued.
- Please provide written notice of cancellation via email to customersupport@bees2r.com to initiate the cancellation process.
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Any payments made can be applied to your rescheduled event if the new date is within 6 months of the original event date. After 6 months, payments are non-refundable, and you will need to make a new booking.
- Cancellation by Bees Events 2 Remember:
- In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the services agreed upon due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, etc.), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
Equipment Rental Refund Policy:
- Reservation and Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve rental equipment. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event date.
- Cancellation by Client:
- If you cancel your equipment rental reservation 7 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- If you cancel your equipment rental reservation less than 7 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued.
- Damaged or Lost Equipment:
- In the event that rental equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during your event, you will be responsible for the full replacement or repair cost. This will be determined based on the rental contract and equipment condition.
- Late Return Fees:
- If rental equipment is returned late, a late fee will apply as outlined in your rental agreement.
Other Important Information:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation or request.
- If a refund is granted, it will be processed for the total amount paid, excluding non-refundable deposits and applicable late fees or damage charges.
