At Bees Events 2 Remember, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. We want to ensure that our cancellation policy is clear, fair, and transparent, protecting both you as our valued customer and our business operations. Please take a moment to review the cancellation policy for our event planning services and equipment rentals.
Other Important Terms:
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request or approval.
- Emergency Situations: In the case of emergencies, we may be able to discuss special considerations. Please reach out to us directly at 404-595-3332 if such a situation arises.
- Communication of Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to customersupport@BeesE2R.com to initiate the process.
Cancellation Policy
Event Planning Services:
- Deposit & Booking:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and begin planning services. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellation by Client:
- More than 30 days before the event date: If you cancel your event more than 30 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Less than 30 days before the event date: If you cancel your event less than 30 days before the event date, no refund will be issued. All payments made will be retained as compensation for the time and resources already dedicated to planning your event.
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, provided it is within 6 months of the original event date. The initial deposit and any payments made will be applied to your rescheduled event.
- If rescheduling occurs within 45 days of the event date, a $200 rescheduling fee will apply to cover additional planning costs.
- If the new event date is beyond 6 months, the payments made (including the deposit) are non-refundable, and a new booking will need to be made.
- Cancellation by Bees Events 2 Remember:
- In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill the services agreed upon due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, illness, etc.), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit. We will also work with you to reschedule your event if you prefer.
Equipment Rental Services:
- Reservation & Deposit:
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve rental equipment. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellation by Client:
- 7 days or more before the event date: If you cancel your equipment rental 7 days or more before the event date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Less than 7 days before the event date: If you cancel your equipment rental reservation less than 7 days before the event date, no refund will be issued. All payments made will be retained as compensation for the time and resources reserved for your event.
- Changes to Rental Order:
- If you need to make changes to your equipment rental order (such as adding or removing items), we ask that you notify us at least 7 days prior to your event date. Any changes made within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees or result in the inability to accommodate changes depending on availability.
- Damage or Loss of Rental Equipment:
- If rental equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during your event, you will be responsible for the full replacement or repair cost. This will be assessed based on the rental contract and the condition of the equipment upon return.
Cancellation timeframe: When a customer can cancel a purchase (e.g., within 24 hours, before shipment, etc.).
Cancellation fees: Any charges associated with cancellation (e.g., restocking fees35%, and 10% processing fees).
Refund process: How and when refunds will be issued (e.g., within 10 business days).
Exceptions: Circumstances where cancellation might not be possible (e.g., custom orders, digital products).
